Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Rajkiya Mahavidyalaya Tilhar, Shahjahanpur, Nestled in a picturesque environment enriched with lush greenery from all directions and carrying a rich historical legacy, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Rajkiya Mahavidyalaya, Tilhar, Shahjahanpur is situated on National Highway 24, approximately 23 kilometers from the district headquarters.

This college was established in 1995 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh as a ray of hope to provide access to higher education for students from the backward rural areas of the district. Since its inception, the college has continuously progressed on the path of development, providing students with a high-quality academic environment.
